Institute of Professional Excellence and Management [IPEM] is a renowned college in Ghaziabad city. It is known as the IPEM Group of Institutions. The foundation of IPEM institute was laid under the direction of Laksh Educational Society which is registered under the Societies Act, 1860.

Library: IPEM institute has an automated and well-stocked Library with a wide collection of more than 4, 500+ titles, 45,000+ books, 800 video/audio cassettes and CDs, 600 Project Reports, Encyclopedia as well as Industry and company information sources. Lecture Theatre: Each lecture hall is designed thoughtfully in keeping mind for high-class learning. There are high ends teaching in the classroom such as LCD and OHP projectors.
Auditorium& Halls: The institute has a large and spacious auditorium and seminars halls where many Seminars, Conferences, Debates & Cultural Activities are organized.
Hostels: There are separate accommodation facilities for both boys and girls. In the Boys hostel, 125+ students can reside and in the Girl's hostel, 80+ students can reside on double sharing basis.
