B Level Course: B Level Course is the DOEACC B Level which is designed to gain knowledge in computer programming, information technology, and managing system fundamentals. The B Level Course is designed by the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Under the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Part of Govt. of India. B Level Course professionally equivalent to MCA Degree Course. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the NIELIT approved by AICTE.
Objective of B Level Course:
➥ The Objective of the B Level Course is to create computer professional Project Managers, Consultants, System Specialists, Software Developers, System Administration, R&D Scientists, and Faculty who will be equipped with the knowledge and skills intended to Perform duties with the B Level Course.
➥ The B Level Course is equivalent to an MCA Degree in the field of information technology and computer science. With this required qualification and defined eligibility, one can apply for most top jobs in the IT sector.

B Level Course Eligibility Criteria 2024:
The B Level Course Eligibility Criteria are mentioned below:
- For students appearing through an institute, A Government approved PPDCA, Government approved polytechnic engineering Diploma.
- Graduate followed in each case by an accredited B level course (First two semesters are exempted for those who have passed A level Course in Full.
- Candidates having Govt approved PPDCA, Govt recognized PGDCA will also be eligible for some subjects depending on the courses they had undergone.
- Followed in each case by two years of relevant experience.
- Experienced Candidates Eligible for exemption of some subjects depending on the courses they had undergone, on a case by case basis to appear in a B Level Course.

B Level Course Projects and Bridge Courses:
➥ The B Level Bridge Courses will be examined for the students who have successfully qualified for the A or its preceding level course or any equivalent course recognized by AICTE approved by the Govt of India.
➥ B Level Course contains a total of two projects. The first one will be as for A level and is to be completed as for A-Level course.
➥ The second project for B Level Course should approximately amount to an effort of 500 approx man-hours, 300 marks of 80% marks for project evaluation and 20% for viva-voce are assigned.
➥ The project of the B Level Course should be chosen by the candidate and approved by the NIELIT.
➥ This should be submitted after completion of all papers with a fee of Rupees 3000/- with a certificate.
➥ NIELIT will provide an External examiner to conduct a viva-voce activity to assign practical marks.
