Bachelor Of Computer Application (BCA):
Bachelor of computer application(BCA) is a 3 years undergraduate degree course that is done after completion of a 10+2 degree. It is equal to a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course. This course is divided into 6 semesters. After completing this course, applicants can go for a Master's degree in the same (Masters of Computer Application). This is a suitable course for someone who is interested in computers.
General eligibility criteria to apply for BCA is you must have completed your higher secondary examination 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in total and also have Mathematics and English as subjects.
Masters of Computer Application (MCA):
Master of computer application (MCA) is 3 years post-graduate which deals in various aspects of computer courses. The eligibility criteria for the course is a qualification in the Bachelor’s degree. Admission to this course is based on either the entrance exam or marks of the last qualifying examination. This course provides in-depth advances in knowledge of computers.
