CCMT 2025:

CCMT is an online admission and counseling process organized for the admission of MTech / MArch/ MPlan programs offered by the National Institute of Technologies (NITs). Students can take this exam to take admission in the various M.Tech courses offered by the various participating institutes. Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur started the registration for CCMT Exam on 13 May 2025.

MNIT Jaipur will conduct 3 CCMT rounds with additional special rounds and the seat will be allotted based on the merit list, availability of seats, and the preferences filled by the candidate. Before counseling rounds, the verification of documents will be done and the candidates must report at the reporting centers to confirm their admission through CCMT Exam 2025.

• The counseling procedure was going to be started in May 2025. The CCMT Exam counseling will be organized based on marks obtained by the candidates in the GATE Examination.

CCMT 2025 Exam Overview

CCMT Eligibility Criteria 2025:

Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria for the aspirants applying for CCMT 2025 Exam.

• Candidates must have a valid score in the GATE Exam.
• Candidates should have secured a minimum of 6.5 CGPA (General Category Candidates) or 6.0 CGPA (Reserved Category Candidates) in the institution recognized by the government of India.
• Final year candidates need to submit proof of passing the examination.
• In case if the candidate didn’t have the original degree and the degree is awaited, provisional admission will be done for a candidate who is subject to meeting the above-mentioned requirements.  In all cases, the exams should have been completed before 15 July 2025. 
• Candidates must issue a certificate from the institute which should be signed by the head and must be submitted at the RC during the verification of documents.
• Few participating institutes there is special eligibility available in certain programs. This special eligibility requirement will be checked during the reporting time at the RC.
• The candidate should possess certification from one of the following professional institutes (IIChemE, IIM, IIE, IE, ICE, IETE, ANSI) and should have enrolled on before 31 May 2025.

CCMT Specific Eligibility Criteria 2025

CCMT Exam 2025 Counselling Process:
 

The CCMT 2025 counseling process involves the following stages:

Stage 01: Online Registration and Filling Of Choice:

• Visit the official website of CCMT and register yourself by paying the required fee.
• The registration fee is Rs 2500 (General Category) and rs 2000 (Reserved Category).
• The registration fee is not refundable.
• Candidates must read all the norms before clicking on the “I agree” checkbox.
• Candidates can change, reorder, delete, and add choices in the choice filling option.

Stage 02: Online Seat Allotment & Fee Payment:

• Based on the choices filled, candidates will be offered seats based on merit.
• The result of seat allotment will be available on the official website of the CCMT 2025 Exam.
• Candidates will not get seat allotment letters. They must check the official website.
• Candidates must take a printout of the allotment details as it is required at the time of reporting.
• A seat acceptance fee of Rs 30,000 must be paid to confirm the allotted seat.
• Candidates can download the seat allotment letter after the acceptance of the seat fee payment.

Stage 03: Upload Documents Online:

• After the allotment of the seat and the fee payment, the candidate will have to upload the required documents on the official website of the CCMT Exam 2025.
• The verification of documents will be done as per the schedule given by the website.
• The option of uploading the documents will be available only after the seat acceptance fee.

Stage 04: Verification of Documents: 

• The document verification will be done in the respective institute allotted in the online mode by the verifying officer.
• In case if there is any doubt regarding the documents, the officer will raise a query and the candidate can respond after login.
• The interaction can happen multiple times and the candidate can submit the documents in response to the queries.
• If any candidate fails to do so then his/her seat will be canceled and the candidates will not be considered for the further rounds of seat allotment.
• After the successful verification, an ODBC will be generated i.e Online Verification Of Documents which will indicate the candidate’s details, institution details, and program allotted, and status of document verification.

Stage 05: Online Admission In The Final Allotted Institute:

• After the successful verification of documents, the candidate will have to pay the balance admission fee to the respective institution via online mode.
• Candidates who are going to register for the special rounds won’t have to pay any balance fee for the allotted seat.
