CTET Exam Time Table 2025: This is a national level examination to conduct the eligibility of candidates to be appointed as a teacher at the primary and upper primary level. It is conducted in July and December it means twice a year. The exam will be held on 15 May 2025. CTET Exam 2025 online application started on March 8, 2025.
According to the Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE), CTET registration will be held on 5 May 2025. To download the Admit Card for CTET 2025, candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth. Admit card is released by CBSE.

CTET Exam is conducted in two papers, both the papers are conducted on the same day with different shifts. Paper 1 is to become a primary teacher i.e., candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to 5. And 2 papers for those who wish to teach classes 6 to 8, candidates who become elementary teachers. If candidates qualify to teach classes 1 to 5 then they appear for both papers 1 & 2 for the exam.
Paper consists of 5 sections and paper 2 consists of 4 sections. Multiple subjects are given in which candidates have to choose between mathematics & science in paper 1 and social studies in paper 2. Candidates securing a minimum of 60% marks in paper 1 and paper 2 will be issued CTET Eligibility Test.
CTET Syllabus is conducted by CBSE every year. Paper 1 syllabus includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1 & 2, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. Paper 1 is based on the NCERT book of classes 1 to 5 and paper 2 is an elementary stage.

CTET form can be filled out online only. The last date for registration is September 18, 2025. The online process for registration includes filling the form, upload documents, fee payment, and printing the confirmation page.
Step 1: Click on “Apply For CTET 2025” after visiting on official website ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Enter personal details as mentioned in the class 10 certificate.
Step 3: Choose any 3 CTET Exam Date centers preferred language.
Step 4: Upload photograph and signature in jpeg format.
Step 5: Pay the application form fee.
Step 6: Print the confirmation page for a record.
Candidates are required to check the CTET eligibility before filling the application form:

CTET admit card will be released by the Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the third week of November. Candidates can download the admit card by using the registration number and date of birth and password. Those candidates can only issued admit cards who are successfully filled and submit the CTET Application Form.
Admit card is the mandatory document that a candidate can carry on their examination hall. Candidates can not be carrying CTET Admit Card on the exam day, they will not be allowed to write the paper. Also, every CTET candidate needs to carry the admit card with one valid Photo ID Card on the examination day. Some of the ID Cards that candidates can be carried on the exam centers are Pan Card, Adhar Card, Voter Identity Card, Driving License.

Step 2: Click on the link “Download Admit Card”.
Step 3: Enter the Registration/Application Number and Date Of Birth and last Password.
Step 4: Then click on the “Submit” option.
Step 5: Download, print CTET admit card.
