  • The computer-based examination is the new testing format, before this, the DNB CET Examination was conducted as a pen and paper-based test. The only difference between pen and paper-based and computer-based tests (CBT) is how candidates will respond to the question paper. In a Pen and Paper based examination, the candidates are required to fill the OMR sheet whereas in a Computer Based Test candidates have to select the correct options from 4 given options.
  • After the examination starts the candidates can navigate through the whole question paper and hence they can choose to solve the questions that they want first.
  • To check how the computer-based test will look like candidates can check for the demo test available on the official website of the National Board of Examination (NBE) which will help candidates understand the functionality of the test.
  • Candidates can only appear for the examination by reaching the chosen examination center; they are not allowed to take the examination from any other computer than the one allotted to them in the examination center.
