The ISRO Personal Interview is held after the completion of the written exam. Candidates who qualify for the written exam with the required cut-off marks will be called for the Personal Interview round.
The ISRO Personal Interview is meant to check the overall personalities of the candidates and whether he/she is fit to do the duties of a Scientist/Engineer.
