The students' teachers become teachers only when they complete their Teacher Training or you can say Pre- Service training. The Fresher teachers are guided by the seniors on how they have to manage different things with different modes of methods with the class. The main motive of teacher training or teachers counseling is to make them understand the real meaning and role of a teacher is, how they have to handle the class, whatever the subjects they are teaching to students can understand that etc.

Through these pre-service students are going to become teachers, build up the skills, understand the role of a teacher, have confidence, etc.

Through the training process, the fresher teachers get an approx idea of teaching techniques which regain the interest of students in the class or at the respective subjects which encourages their Practical learning and modeling.

Teacher training or teacher counseling is the 1 stage for those students who are going to become teachers this process has many benefits. Firstly, fresher teachers are not that confident while taking their 1 class. By this they get a boost up they don’t have any idea of handling the different sets of students. Maybe he/she is good enough in their respective subjects but sometimes experienced teachers fail to express themself.

If the teachers fail in expressing what he/she is teaching then the students also start losing interest in that particular subject or class. Overall being positive assets fresher teachers become the exact opposite.

Teaching doesn’t mean giving long lectures, notes, or homework teaching is more than that. Sometimes 100% attendance also depends on the teacher. The environment he/ she creates for the students while teaching a particular subject encourages the students to dive deeper into the topic.
