Documents required to fill the SSC CHSL Application Form 2025:

• Scanned images of the candidate’s photograph & signature
• Photo-identity card in PDF format of any one of the following - (Aadhar Card / Voter Card/PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ School Photo ID/Any other photo ID Card issued by the State / Central Government)
• Bank details to make an online transaction
• Mark sheet and Admit card of Class 10 and 12

How to fill the SSC CHSL Registration Form 2025?

Step 1: The candidates must visit the official website of SSC to fill the SSC CHSL Exam Registration Form 2025.

Step 2: On the home page candidates can see the "Apply" option. They need to click on it.

Step 3: The students need to fill up all the details required in the SSC CHSL Exam Registration Form 2025.

Step 4: Once the credentials are received by the candidate he/she has to fill the SSC CHSL Application form 2025.

Step 5: The candidate once finished filling the SSC CHSL Exam Application Form 2025, they should have to submit the scanned copy of photograph and signature.

While filling SSC CHSL Application Form 2025 go through the specifications required:

• Photo size: 20 kb to 50 kb
• Photo dimension: 3.5 cm (width) X 4.5 cm (Height)
• Photo background: White
• Details on Photo: name and date at the bottom of the photo
• Photograph resolution: 100 X 120 pixels

Along with the photograph, applicants are also required to attach a scanned image of the signature. The specifications are listed below:

• Signature image size: 10 kb to 20 kb
• Signature dimension: 4 cm (width) X 3 cm (Height)
• Signature resolution: 140 X 60 pixels
• Image Format: JPG only
• Signature Background: White

Step 6: Candidates should select the exam centers of their choice from the exam centers list and should make the payment for the application fee.

Step 7: The candidates before submitting the SSC CHSL Registration Form 2025 are advised to check whether all the information added is filled in properly.

Step 8: The applicants can pay Registration Form through both online/offline modes.

Online: If the candidate opts for online payment then the candidate will be directed to the payment page where the candidate can pay the fee through online banking, credit/debit card

Offline: if the candidate opts for offline payment then the candidate should take the challan printout after the submission of the SSC CHSL 2025 and should pay in the nearest SBI bank.

Note: Once after the submission of SSC CHSL Exam Registration Form 2025, the board releases a particular date for the form correction on the official website. Therefore, if any mistake or error is been done by the candidate he/she can resolve it easily.

• Two to three copies of Identical photographs uploaded during registration

How to withdraw the SSC CHSL Exam Registration Form 2025?

• Hit the 'Apply Online' link on the home page.
• Aspirants will be redirected to the page that contains the application withdrawal link.
• Enter the registration ID.
• Write the name, gender, date of birth, father's name, mother's name, mobile number, email ID
• Select either 'Yes' or 'No' from the dropdown option.
• Put a tick mark on the agreement of the terms and conditions.  
• The withdrawal facility is available only for those candidates who do not want to appear in the SSC CHSL Exam.
• Candidates have to provide the details of the registered application as well as the registration ID.
• There is no facility to withdraw the SSC CHSL Application Form with incomplete details.
• Separate OTPs will be sent to the aspirant’s registered mobile number and email ID.
• Requests for withdrawal will only be processed only after confirming the OTP.
• Once the request is accepted for the online withdrawal of the application, candidates can print the receipt.
• Once the application has been withdrawn, after that it cannot be revived.
• On the successful completion of the withdrawal of the application, an auto-generated email and SMS will be sent to the candidate’s registered email id and mobile number.
