Most of these Private Engineering colleges take Computer-based online exams while some colleges prefer the Offline, pen, and paper-based mode. The B.Tech admission to the Private Engineering colleges is merit-based and on the scores obtained by the candidates in the Entrance exams. Candidates who have a valid score in the JEE main exam can also apply for the B.Tech Courses at Private Colleges and Universities.
